Behavioral Health / Peer Support (PS)

Non-emergency transportation assistance for eligible trips and transportation needs.
Drug Testing & Specimen Collection
Professional DOT and non-DOT drug testing specimen collection services provided by a qualified specimen collector. Contact our office to discuss scheduling, collection options, and applicable testing requirements.

We offer inquiries and scheduling for paternity DNA testing and legal / court-admissible DNA testing. Legal testing requires appropriate identity verification, documented chain of custody, and processing by a qualified laboratory. Please call to confirm collection arrangements, availability, fees, and laboratory requirements before scheduling.

How do I become a client?
Call 910-252-9597 or email info@accountableservicesllc.com to discuss your needs, referrals, availability, and next steps. Please do not send sensitive medical information through ordinary email.
Insurance & Rates
Coverage and any out-of-pocket costs depend on the service, your insurance plan, eligibility, and authorizations. Contact our office to verify accepted plans and current rates before scheduling. No specific insurance plan or fee is guaranteed by this website.
24-Hour OPT Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an outpatient therapy appointment. A $75 late-cancellation or no-call/no-show fee may apply only where permitted by applicable law, payer rules, and the client's written financial agreement. Medicaid beneficiaries will not be charged prohibited missed-appointment fees. Please call our office promptly in an emergency.
How can a provider make a referral?

Accountable Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated Qualified Professional (QP) to support our behavioral health and NC Medicaid 1915(i) programs. We value compassionate, person-centered service, organized documentation, timely follow-through, and professional communication.
What we’re looking for: Candidates who meet applicable North Carolina Qualified Professional requirements, understand behavioral health and community-based services, and can maintain accurate records and support quality care. This is a part-time opportunity. Specific responsibilities, weekly hours, scheduling, and compensation will be discussed during the hiring process.
